Kampot pepper is a globally protected designation of origin. The growing region is clearly delineated and is located in the province of the same name in the south of Cambodia. This valuable pepper should only be used to put the finishing touches on meals.
Taste
It has a very strong, nuanced smell and taste. A sustained level of spiciness that is rounded off by a mildly sweet, fruity note develops in the mouth.
