Curry originates from the word "Kari", which means something like sauce. Curry is made up of at least 10 spices, and can have different characteristics, depending on its country of origin.

Coriander grain, yellow mustard seeds, turmeric, onions, fenugreek, thickener: guar gum, cayenne pepper, pepper, ginger, salted iodine, bay leaf, nutmeg
