Spice labelling

Mature, dried, whole or ground cardamom fruits (with shell) and the seeds alone individually are used to make spice. As the seeds lose their flavour rather quickly, they are primarily used for industrial purposes.

Taste

The seeds have a pleasantly aromatic smell. They have a strong, spicy, mildly burning and warming taste.
